Refund policy
Change of Mind Returns Due to the perishable nature of our food products, their strict temperature-control requirements, and health and safety/hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Perishable Items & Expiry Dates All our products are marked with explicit expiry or "Best Before" dates. We guarantee that all stock dispatched from our facility will arrive with a reasonable shelf-life window. We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for products that have passed their expiration date while in your possession.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items (Consumer Guarantees Act) We take immense pride in the quality of our products. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), if a product you receive is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match the product description, you are entitled to a remedy (a replacement or a full refund).
To initiate a claim for a faulty or damaged item:

Include your order number and clear photographic proof of the fault or damage.

Do not dispose of the item or its packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
If a refund or replacement is approved under the CGA, we will cover any associated costs, including return shipping if we require the faulty item to be sent back.
